S.U.P Yoga - with Jessica Bogh
Thu Date: Jan 03 2019 - Feb 21 2019 From: 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM
if you can breath you can do yoga if you can stand on one foot you can paddle. just dip those toes in and get those feet wet.
being on the board will naturally slow you down and force you to focus on your breath, body movement and balance.it is a great reminder to slow down our pace and be in tune with our movements.
fun! stand up paddle yoga is fun. have some fun leave your ego behind and let the practice take you wherever it's going to take you. sometimes that is into the water.
adding s.u.p yoga to your practice is a great in developing core strength. you no longer have the stable ground to root you. you will need those core stabilizers in order to maintain balance and move on the board
enrolling in the eight week s.u.p yoga course gives you eight weeks to build your s.u.p yoga skills. just like on the mat it takes the body some time to develop muscle memory. every week we will build and challenge ourselves a little bit more.
