My path to yoga has been a winding journey. Just as life’s “seasons” transition over time, my love of movement and balance has evolved. Taking inspiration from dance and group fitness classes, I strive to incorporate creative and fun ways to approach your time with me in the studio that will empower you with functional skills to move well on your mat and in your life. Classes include strength training for yogis, pilates yoga fusion, barre, and core fusion.
