Antonio has been practicing yoga for the last 16 years and teaching asana for the last 2. Both his vinyasa classes as well as his yin classes are taught with a meditative approach, always guiding the awareness gently back to the breath. He believes healing to be at the heart of any yoga practice that is intended to assist one in finding strength, balance and flexibility in body, mind and spirit. For Antonio, yoga is more than just a practice. It is a lifestyle.
